Terms that apply when you use DiplomatAI

DiplomatAI is an AI-powered application and related website that allows users to submit text prompts and receive AI-generated responses.

The service is operated by GoGenius LLC, with a registered business address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.

DiplomatAI is available for users of all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

You may be required to create an account to access some features of DiplomatAI. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use DiplomatAI only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

DiplomatAI allows users to submit text messages and prompts as input. You retain ownership of your input to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output generated by the service.

DiplomatAI does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice through its outputs.

DiplomatAI uses a credits-only payment model. Users may purchase credit packs through the website or related checkout flow. Credits are consumable units of service that may be used to obtain AI-generated responses.

• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value except where required by law, and may not be resold.
• Credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
• Each time you generate an AI response, the applicable number of credits will be deducted from your balance.
• Once a credit is used, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to any applicable payment processor terms in addition to these Terms.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the credit balance associated with that specific transaction remains 100% unused. If any credit from that purchase has been spent, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact support@diplomatai.app with your purchase details. If approved, refunds will be sent back to the original payment method where possible.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility conditions above.

The DiplomatAI service, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and related content, is owned by or licensed to GoGenius LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any part of the service unless we expressly permit it in writing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DiplomatAI at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, interruption, or discontinuation of the service.

We may also impose limits on features, usage, or access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to DiplomatAI at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms;
• your use creates legal, security, or operational risk;
• you engaged in abuse, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, spam, or other misuse;
• your actions may harm us, the service, or other users.

Termination or suspension does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to payments, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

DiplomatAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate.

We make no warranty regarding the reliability, quality, legality, usefulness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoGenius LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of DiplomatAI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of GoGenius LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to GoGenius LLC for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• 50 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoGenius LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• your use or misuse of the service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of DiplomatAI shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on the website and update the effective date above.

Your continued use of DiplomatAI after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
