This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for DiplomatAI, a service operated by GoGenius LLC, through diplomatai.app and related checkout pages.

If you purchase credits for DiplomatAI, you agree to this Refund Policy at the time of purchase.

Overview

DiplomatAI uses a credits-only payment model. Users purchase credit packs that can be used to receive AI-generated responses through the DiplomatAI service.

Credits are:

  • Consumable units of service
  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash except where required by law
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Refund Eligibility

A purchase is eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase only if the credit balance associated with that specific transaction remains completely unused.

This means:

  • If zero credits from that purchase have been spent, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • If any credit from that purchase has been used, that purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • Once a credit is used to generate an AI response, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • Any credit from the purchased pack has already been used
  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • The purchase cannot be matched to a valid transaction
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
  • The credits expired after the 12-month validity period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@diplomatai.app.

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase
  • The transaction ID or payment receipt
  • A brief explanation of the request

Review Process

We will review eligible refund requests and may request additional information to verify the transaction and credit usage status.

If your request meets the conditions in this Refund Policy, we will approve the refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not satisfy the eligibility requirements listed above.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction where possible.

Refund processing times may vary. In some cases, the refund may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Some refunds may require additional time to resolve depending on the payment method or banking system.

Fees and Processing Costs

Where permitted by law, the refund amount may be limited to the original amount paid for the eligible transaction.

Any external processing costs or payment-provider fees are handled according to the underlying payment system's rules and may not be recoverable by us when a refund is issued.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an unauthorized or incorrect charge, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it directly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access to DiplomatAI, subject to our Terms of Service.
